1 Buy
Use a hard money loan to acquire undervalued properties. Unlike traditional financing, hard money loans can often cover renovation costs as well, allowing you to effectively force equity into the home through improvements. This approach not only accelerates the process but also enables you to invest with as little as 10% down, rather than the typical 20%.
2 REHAB

3 RENT
