1 Buy
Use a hard money loan to acquire undervalued properties. Unlike traditional financing, hard money loans can often cover renovation costs as well, allowing you to effectively force equity into the home through improvements. This approach not only accelerates the process but also enables you to invest with as little as 10% down, rather than the typical 20%.
2 REHAB
Fund necessary renovations and repairs with the hard money loan reserves. By renovating the home you increase the property’s value, you increase its attractiveness to potential tenants and rental income potential and set the stage for a higher appraisal and rent roll.
3 RENT
