Bakes in Donations: Optionally at closing we will include a 100.00 donation into the cost of your loan. If the investor chooses to partake in our mission for change we will do a “random act of kindness” in your name, video tape it and upload it to our social media recognizing each investor and their generosity.
This means that our clients may contribute to Random Acts of Kindness without any effort.
